BIOEST SAS, provides marketing services, formulation and manufacture of organic and inorganic solutions in liquid form for plant nutrition, and it is committed to satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers, providing support and technical assistance, with a friendly, competent, motivated and committed staff, within an optimal work environment, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, as well as the economic activity standards, aimed at the continuous improvement of our processes based on a reliable quality system.

 

OBJECTIVES OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

 

  • Establish the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions identified in the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT of the processes.

  • To meet all requests for NEW PRODUCTS required by our customers.

  • Decrease the NON-COMPLIANT product units.

  • Decrease the frequency of COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS generated by customers.

  • Increase CUSTOMER SATISFACTION with respect to 2020.

  • Comply with the delivery dates agreed with customers.

  • Compliance with the SALES budget agreed for the year 2021.

  • Comply with the monthly MANUFACTURING program, with the purpose of giving timely response to the customer.

 

CHANGE CONTROL.

 

The company has established the following features for change control management:

 

  • Proposed change: Create the occupational health and safety policy in accordance with Colombian legislation.

  • Who requested it: Director of H.S.E.Q.

  • Who approved it: General Manager.

  • Date of change: March 10, 2021
